2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 353 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that, police on the basis of secret information apprehended one Pappu Kumar Thakur and recovered six SIM Cards and one mobile phone. Upon interrogation, he disclosed that he along with other accused persons are involved in mobile phone snatching and illegal sale thereof. Acting upon this information, police apprehended two persons from whose 12 smartphones and two iPhones were recovered. Upon further inquiry, they disclosed

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of disclosure made by the apprehended co-accused persons.Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner has got no concern with the recovered mobile phones. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28174 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 353 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under
