Learned counsel for the petitioner did not take the Court to the merit of the case and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a representation for consideration and disposal by the respondent-Vice Chancellor Mr. Arun, counsel for the respondent no.9 states that the respondent-vice Chancellor would not be the appropriate authority to examine/consider the dispute as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

Mr. Gyanand Roy, counsel appearing for the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University ( for short 'the University'), on the other hand, contends that University has already issued the required notification.

Be that as it may, without delving into the merit of the case and opining on the submissions of the respondents, this Court, in view of the stand taken by the petitioner, dispose of the application by permitting him to make an appropriate representation before the respondent-Vice Chancellor, who shall consider/ examine and dispose of the same as quickly as
