The petitioner seeks bail in Janipur (Pulwari Sharif) P.S. Case No. 717 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

420 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a place situated near the Boring of co-accused Tutu Singh. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2020 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
