====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 Heard Mr. Sarvottam Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Parmanand Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time prescribed vide order dated 02.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19779 of 2020 and is now ready to surrender before the learned Court below after having been acquainted with the order of this Court.

3. Considering the said fact, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below and seek for regular

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55736 of 2023(4) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 bail within a period of six weeks.

4. The regular bail application of the petitioner is directed to be considered on the same day it is filed by the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application is disposed of.
