This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4345 of 2023 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to lack of knowledge, the petitioner could not surrender within stipulated period.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the statements made in the application, this modification application is allowed. Let the period for surrender of the petitioner before the court below be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, order dated 28.04.2023 passed in
