The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, a loaded country-made katta, a live cartridge, a master key and a stolen motorcycle were recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a supplementary affidavit has been filed online stating about the error committed in paragraph no. 3 of the petition and it has further been stated in the supplementary affidavit that the petitioner is also accused in Parsa P.S. Case no. 203 of 2020 and Parsa P.S. Case no. 214 of 2020. On merits it is submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53515 of 2021(3) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He is in custody since 29.3.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case no. 85 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XII, Saran at Chapra.
