22-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the report as contained in letter no. 322 dated 17.11.2017 submitted by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge - 10th cum Authorized Officer, Court No.-II, Vigilance, Patna.

Since the petitioner is unable to show any changed circumstances and only submission of the petitioner that the co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court is unable to persuade me to grant bail to the petitioner in this case, the application is once again rejected.

Learned Trial Court has written a letter to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna asking him to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53411 of 2017 (3) dt.22-11-2017 produce the witnesses. It is expected that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall comply with the order and he will ensure that the trial is not adjourn for nonproduction of the witnesses. This application is dismissed at this stage.

Let a copy of this order be also sent to the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna.
