The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.359 of 2015 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

In view of recovery of foreign liquor from the Gumti of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his application for pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
