This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Baroon P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that that the petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
