ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment and order dated 4.12.2006 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.5, Samastipur, in Cr. Appeal No. 2 of 2004. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
