Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.90 of 2017, registered under Sections 363/366, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner enticed away the informant's daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major and during the period of so called elopement she was admitted in PMCH and got operated upon and thereafter this case was lodged and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
