The Petitioner aggrieved with the order dated 9.5.2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar, in Misc. Case No. 27 of 2011 by which the Opposite Party No. 2 was required to give details of Property of the Petitioner for attachment and action for non-compliance of the Court's order.

I see no merit in the application, the same is dismissed. The Court below is directed to take stringent action to ensure compliance of its order.
