The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C..

As per allegation more than hundred persons assembled and obstructed the traffic on the pretext that some persons apprehended by the police were being assaulted in the Police Station and the mob had damaged the police jeep also. It is submitted that allegation is against the mob and some of the accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, a copy of one of such orders dated 20.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57560 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 No. 35568 of 2015 has been produced.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely Santosh Singh be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, District Madhepura subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
