JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 08.07.2022 passed by the Circle Officer, Sarairanjan, District-Samastipur, by filing appropriate appeal.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained till the disposal of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
