The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim is not minor and she has married with the petitioner. It is further submitted that the informant retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54283 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 17 of 2010 pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
