Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 201, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is Gotani of the victim of dowry death. The allegation is general and omnibus. The husband of the victim is already in Jail.

Submission is that the victim had some affair, hence committed suicide. Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2017.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation as well as petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59141 of 2017 (3) dt.17-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rosera Police Station Case No.196 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
