In view of the Judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors: (2017) 5 SCC 383, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the principles laid down by the Apex Court in Mukesh & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors (supra) and take final decision
