====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for the following relief.

"1. That this application is being filed for direction upon respondent authorities to consider and appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on Class-IV post in view of the fact that father of the petitioner Late Chhathu Raut died in harness on 05.08.2008 while he was in service working as peon in Shri Ambika High School, Dhekahan, Sirsa, in the District of East Champaran."

Patna High Court CWJC No.13281 of 2013 (7) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid relief as sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation for compassionate appointment on the post of Peon before the respondent no. 3, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of sixty days from the date of the order. The respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
