This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was Mukhiya of Panchayat.

Allegation is that in collusion with the contractor, she defalcated public money.

Submission of the petitioner is that the contractor has been granted regular bail by the learned Court below.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the nature of allegation of embezzlement of public money against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Pachrukhi (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49414 of 2016 (4) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 143 of 2014 pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

This order shall not prejudice, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail.
