JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 By way of present modification application, petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51135 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to typographical error in the bail petition, satisfaction portion has wrongly been mentioned as it should have been ACJM - XIV, Gopalganj, whereas it has been mentioned in bail petition as learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj and accordingly the same was also recorded in the order dated 13.11.2017. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, order dated 13.11.2017 is modified to the extent that satisfaction be read as to the satisfaction of ACJM -XIV, Gopalganj.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
