The petitioner seeks bail in Nawanagar (Basudeva) P.S. Case No. 84/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that on 12.03.2019 husband of informant had left house and had gone on his motorcycle with Rs. 50,000/-, golden chain, Mangal Sutra, Kangan and other articles, but did not return till night. It is alleged that on 13.03.2019 informant learnt that her husband is lying dead in Basudevabal Jangal. Informant reached at the place of occurrence and found dead body of her husband. It is further alleged that husband of informant was addicted of gambling and before the occurrence he was always absent from

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed by Dhiraj Kumar Singh in his confessional statement.
Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar (Basudeva) P.S.
