From perusal of the trial court's report dated 18.11.2021 it appears that the case is on appearance of the accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2018. In paragraph 3 of the bail petition it has been averred that the petitioner is accused in 37 criminal cases out of which he has been acquitted in 5 of them and he is on bail in rest 31 cases. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and since there is no headway in the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
