This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused and there is no recovery form the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the Court below in connection with Bhaptiyahi P. S Case No. 30 of 2016 and the Court below shall examine this aspect of the matter as to whether
