JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31266 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 27.07.2016 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed of in connection with Palanwa(Bhelahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53974 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran. It is clarified that rest conditions as stipulated in the order dated 27.07.2016 shall remain the same.
