The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 223 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 186, 332, 333, 341, 323, 324, 353, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is a member of mob.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
