2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol has been recovered from an agricultural field.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 subject to conditions that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Choutham Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (ii) Both the bailors will be blood relatives of the petitioner.

(iii). The Petitioner will cooperate in the framing of charge and he will appear personally on each and every date till the framing of charge. After framing of charge, he can appear personally or through his lawyer on the date fixed by the Court below.
