JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2018 The present writ application has been filed on 23.12.2013, but the case was listed in the year 2018 for admission. However, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on different dates, although the respondents appeared and made their submissions.

2. In order to facilitate the petitioner, once again, this case was listed under the heading "For Dismissal" so that the petitioner may appear and assist the Court, but unfortunately, even today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to assist the Court.

3. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary for the period 31.12.2006 to

4. On behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4, counter affidavits have filed. In their counter affidavits, they have taken the specific stand that the petitioner was never worked in the school during that period, so there is no question of payment of salary.
