JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the date of custody of the petitioner is 10.10.2017, whereas the same has been typed as "10.10.2011", in the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court. It has been further submitted that three more cases, apart from the present one, are pending against the petitioner, whereas in the said order dated 21.12.2017 it has been typed that the petitioner has a clean antecedent.

The said order dated 21.12.2017 stands corrected to the effect that the petitioner be treated to be in custody since 10.10.2017 and that three other cases are pending against him in which the petitioner is already on bail.
