JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 187 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
