Petitioner seeks bail in Amas P.S. Case No.110 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total twenty litres country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Some persons ran away but petitioner was arrested. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019 having clean antecedents.
