2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the dewar of the victim. There is general and omnibus allegation against him and he is a junior member of the family. The petitioner is in jail since 11.02.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
