The petitioner is in custody in connection with N.D Case No. 16 of 2016 arising out of Udawant Nagar P.S. Case No. 295 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) (ii) (c)/22 ( c) NDPS Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2016. He further submits that several persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused Pintu Kumar and Suresh Lal have been granted regular bail in CR. Misc. No. 3760 of 2017 and CR. No. 20551 of 2017 vide order dated 28.02.2017 and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68167 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 30.6.2017 respectively.
Considering the facts that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other coaccused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIth Bhojpur at Ara in connection with N.D.
