Objection is raised by the learned counsel for the respondents regarding existence of an alternative remedy of Revision.

Faced with such situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this application to approach the Revisional Authority.

The Authority would be obliged to consider the Revision, if filed by the petitioner within two weeks. Revision may be disposed of within four weeks thereafter.
