JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 It appears from perusal of the record that earlier prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected vide order dated 25.8.2017 passed in Cr.Appeal No.1746/17 with observation that "However, the appellant may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge."

However, it appears that the appellant has not moved before the learned trial court. In such view of the matter, this appeal is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to move before the learned trial court first after framing of charge.
