2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant by means of knife , as a result of which informant sustained multiple injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged. He further submits that police after thorough investigation submitted final form in this case on 06.01.2023 against co-

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons brutally assaulted informant, as a result of which informant sustained multiple injuries. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .

6. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
