Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.576 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 16.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21336 of 2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in custody.

Shri S.N.P. Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already remained in custody for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50573 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 named be release on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.576 of 2016.
