ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 07.08.2012 by which the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka has allowed maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 2 in Misc. Case No. 54 of 2008. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he is not in a position to pay amount that has been fixed by the Court below because his earning is only to the extent of Rs. 2,500/- per month.

Since this Court is not in a position to assess the financial capability of the Petitioner, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
