2. The petitioners before this Court are the candidates having qualification of diploma programme course of General

3/4 Nursing and Midwifery (hereinafter referred to as "GNM") from different colleges, whose results have been published on 30.05.2025 by Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council, Bhopal. They have approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents, especially, the Bihar Technical Service Commission to extend the last date of the cut off date of the issuance of certificates/mark sheets from 23.05.2025 to the last date of filing of the application form, which has been extended up to 13.06.2025.

Learned Advocate for the Bihar Technical Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as, "BTSC") referring to the advertisement contended that Clause-6 clearly stipulates only those certificates/mark sheets will be considered valid which the candidate has referred to in their original online application form. The certificates/mark sheets number and the date of issue must be clearly mentioned in the online application and uploaded in the designated column. It is mandatory that all such certificates/mark sheets must have been issued on or before 23.05.2025. It has further been contended that in an identical matter, in the case of Komal Kumari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., (CWJC No. 9495 of 2025), this Court has negated the identical prayer made by the candidats of GNM

Admittedly, in the case in hand, the petitioners have secured their certificates of Diploma Programme Course of GNM, much beyond the cut off date, hence in no circumstances, their cases can be considered. Extension of cut off date will certainly open a floodgate for various candidates who were otherwise not eligible; and will cause disruption in the examination schedule and potentially disadvantage other students and might be the entire recruitment process shall be hampered.

In view of the aforesaid facts and having heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties as also taking note of the advertisement, wherein it has been specifically provided that all such certificates/mark sheets must have been issued on or before the cut off date of 23.05.2025, besides the view taken by this Court in CWJC No. 9495 of 2025, this Court does not find any reason and occasion to interfere in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
