The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.137 of 2016 registered under Sections 468, 470, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the certificate, which was furnished by the petitioner with the application for the post of Anganwari Sewika, on verification, was found forged.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the allegation has been made against the petitioner to furnish the forged certificate with the application for obtaining the job of Anganwari Sewika but the petitioner has not joined the post of Anganwari Sewika nor she has received the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43609 of 2016 (2) dt.18-10-2016 2/2 salary and the petitioner has also submitted her resignation letter to the Department. The petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur in the District of Supaul, in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.137 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
