The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016 registered under Sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 153(A), 323, 324, 307, 337, 338, 332, 333, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on secrete information about viral of poster on WhatsApp, several people of Bajrang Dal create nuisance at the place of mosque, the Police Personnel reached there then the mob started pelting stones, in which the Police Party sustained injury, while on chase, 12 persons named in the F.I.R. were apprehended, who disclosed the name of 14 persons, including the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44254 of 2016 (2) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 Submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by 12 persons, who were apprehended by the Police on spot. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
