2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366(A)/34 IPC registered in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as there is admitted land dispute between the parties and a case each has been filed by either side relating to land dispute. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu submits that similarly situated co-accused Arvind Mandal and Shailendra Mandal have been denied anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 59548 of 2018, having regard to the submission of the victim recorded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64586 of 2018(4) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 under Section 164 Cr.P.C. after her recovery in which she has made allegation against the petitioner as well.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
