2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, these two petitioners are alleged to have assaulted wife of informant with bricks as a result of which she sustained injuries and subsequently, she died while being taken to the hospital.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. As a matter of fact, deceased is

1. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they assaulted wife of informant as a result of which she died.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
