On account of getting confidential information regarding presence of anti-social elements in order to commit offence, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, Anuj, Javed and petitioner, Satyendra Kumar were apprehended along with two motorcycles. On search, from the possession of Anuj and Javed loaded fire-arms were recovered. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 18.09.2017.

Accordingly, Satyendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gaya in Mufassil PS Case No. 274/2017.
