Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59408/2019.

By order dated 02.12.2021 a report about the stage of trial has been called for from the court below which reveals that charge has already been framed and the case is running for prosecution evidence.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the same is rejected.
