2. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased who in custody since 26.04.2023 in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including this petitioner have killed the deceased for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case because she happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that she will make herself available for interrogation by the police as

5. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022.
