The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail passed by the Sessions Judge, Madhubani, by order dated 26.8.2015 in connection with A.B.P. No. 568 of 2015 arising out of Pandaul P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, G.R. No. 1321 of 2015. In view of the report of the Officer-in-Charge, Pandaul Police Station that no threatening has been meted out, I see no merit in the application.

The application stands dismissed.
