1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 76 and 352 of the BNS, 2023.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners are person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 13.04.2026 at 07:30 PM on account of existing land dispute, 14 named accused persons including the

No.42690 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/3 petitioners came inside his house and started abusing, on objection, Amit assaulted him by an iron rod causing injury on hand, thereafter, Bhupendra assaulted his wife Shakuntala by rod causing injury on palm, further Devilal and Vikash tore her saree and blouse and dashed her on the ground and snatched her chain, it is next alleged that Santosh, Jokhu and Dinesh assaulted his brother by lathi causing injury, further Amit and Rameshwar assaulted Reena Devi causing injury on head and chest.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, it is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place, it is further submitted that from side of the petitioner Piprakothi P. S. Case No. 196 of 2026 has been instituted against the informant and his side, it is also submitted that as far as petitioners are concerned, the allegation against them is general and omnibus in nature, it is next submitted that Santosh, Jhoku and Dinesh are alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant by lathi causing injury, but then the FIR does not disclose where the injury was caused nor the impugned order discusses the same, though impugned order records about the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42690 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 3/3 injury of other injured, it is also submitted that specific allegation of assault is against Amit and Bhupendra, it is next submitted that petitioners are not criminal.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
