This revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment and order dated 3.11.2015 passed by the Additional District Judge 1st, Lakhisarai, in Sessions Case No. 1049 of 2004 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 297 of 2003, by which he has dismissed the petition dated 30.10.2015 to declare him Juvenile. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application.

The application stands dismissed.
