2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016 registered in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 3162 litres of English wine, merely because he happens to be the owner of the truck in question from which the seizure was made. It is submitted that other co-accused Sandeep Kumar, Sandeep Kumar Singh and Upendra Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in connection with recovery of about 17 litres of wine from their motorcycle also seized along with the truck. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
