Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/406/420,34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of D.P.Act.

Petitioner is husband of the informant. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahila Police
